Downloads Policy
Digital Downloads

If you encounter any issues with downloading your purchase of a digital download product,
please contact me at jen@holismprints.com and I will resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

Refund Policy

All sales are final, returns or exchanges not accepted. However if your product arrives damaged please take pictures of the print and the packaging, and email them to jen@holismprints.com within 30 days of delivery with picture of the damaged product and the damaged print or prints. Your issue will be reviewed and if the fault is ours, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible! Once a delivery is confirmed delivered by the mail carrier, lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Holism Prints.
