However if your product arrives damaged please take pictures of the print and the packaging, and email them to jen@holismprints.com within 30 days of delivery with picture of the damaged product and the damaged print or prints. Your issue will be reviewed and if the fault is ours, a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible! Once a delivery is confirmed delivered by the mail carrier, lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Holism Prints.
